terms of service

✦ Slot booking fee and base price fee (initial payment) are non-refundable.

✦ Commissions will only be processed once initial payment has been made. Booking fee of IDR 50,000 must be paid to be included in waiting list. international comms, please dm first!

✦ Turnaround time: 5-7 business days, depending on order queue and complexity of the commissioned accessory.

✦ Rin crafts your piece based on the submitted visual reference, notably taking inspiration from the colour palette and vibe.

✦ Provide as much detail as possible in your reference if you wish for a specific style or design. Rin does not accept commissions to reproduce any work done by other artists. Rin reserves the right to reject your commission, should it proves to be beyond Rin's current capability.

✦ maximum of two (2) concept designs will be provided to choose from. each additional alternative design requested: + IDR 15,000 / USD 5.

✦ choose SURPRISE ME and i will design freely based on budget & ref submitted, no prior discussion and major revisions. :-)

✦ no revision once final invoice has been released and final payment has been made.

✦ Rin does not accept refunds and returns.

✦ finished work will be posted on rinchanted's social media and archive/portfolio.
✦ please give credit by tagging @rinchanted when posting the commission on social media.

ORDER PROCESS
1. Fill Order Form Please kindly check whether you're filling in the correct form as local and international forms are different.
2. Slot Booking Fee Applicable for one session in which you can commission Rin one or more piece(s).
3. Initial Payment Once your turn arrives, Rin will reach out to you to confirm the start of the comms. You can reschedule your slot here at no additional cost!
4. Material Selection Rin curates appropriate materials to be used for the commissioned piece. You'll be able to exclude any materials which might not suit your liking. Note that this process is skipped in "surprise me" comms.
5. Design & Pricing Initial design along with the price (and Rin's notes based on the submitted brief!) will be provided. You can request for revision until design is approved. Additional fee applies if revision is requested more than twice.
6. Final Payment Invoice will be sent, and the total due will be deducted from initial payment.
7. Crafting Please allow 1-2 business days. Rin will provide documentations once done with your commissioned piece(s).
8. Shipping Kindly wait for your order to arrive safe and sound at your doorsteps.

Below are the base price for each type of accessories available for commission.

budget stated in comms order form determines the quality of materials used and intricacy of design.

Minimum commission price = slot booking fee + base price

Base price includes product design & base fee, and acts as an initial balance

Note that slot booking fee is only paid once regardless of how many accessories you order.

REPAIR POLICY
✦ As long as most of the beads from the broken piece are shipped back to Rin, the repair policy applies. ✦ Additional fee applies if a significant part of the piece needs to be restored, e.g. the charm from the charm bracelet is not shipped back. ✦ Depending on the availability of materials, Rin might not be able to restore the piece exactly to the previous design, but will repair to your approval. ✦ Should the broken piece wish to be recreated in its entirety, i.e. no beads are sent back to rin, the cost of the recreated piece will follow the commission fee at that point in time with a complementary 10% discount. LOCAL FREE repair within 14 days of purchase. Rin will cover shipping cost to return the repaired piece back to you. ✦ After 14 days of purchase, base repair fee: IDR50,000. --- INTERNATIONAL Not applicable ✦ If there is something wrong with your order, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and Rin will gladly recreate the commissioned piece(s) for you to the best of her ability.
