terms of service.

✦ base price fee (initial payment) is non-refundable.

✦ commissions will only be processed once initial payment has been made. a booking fee of IDR50k must be paid to be included in waiting list.

✦ turnaround time: 5-7 business days, depending on order queue and complexity of the commissioned accessory.

✦ Rin crafts your piece based on the submitted visual reference, notably taking inspiration from the colour palette and vibe.

✦ provide as much detail as possible in your reference if you wish for a specific style or design. Rin does not accept commissions to reproduce any work done by other artists. Rin reserves the right to reject your commission, should it proves to be beyond Rin's current capability.

✦ maximum of two (2) concept designs will be provided to choose from. each additional alternative design requested: + IDR10k.

✦ choose SURPRISE ME and i will design freely based on budget & ref submitted, no revisions and discussion. :-)

✦ no revision once design is confirmed and final invoice has been released.

✦ finished work will be posted on rinchanted's social media and archive/portfolio.
✦ please give credit by tagging @rinchanted when posting the commission on social media.

reparation policy.
✦ FREE repair within 14 days of purchase. ✦ as long as most of the beads from the broken piece are shipped back to rin, the reparation policy still applies. ✦ note that only the shipping fee to send the repaired piece back will be free. ✦ after 14 days of purchase, base reparation fee: Rp50,000. additional fee applies if a significant part of the piece needs to be restored, e.g. the charm from the charm bracelet is not shipped back. ✦ depending on the availability of beads, rin might not be able to restore the piece exactly to the previous design, but will repair to client's approval. ✦ should the broken piece wish to be recreated in its entirety, i.e. no beads are sent back to rin, the cost of the recreated piece will follow the commission fee at that point in time with a complementary 10% discount.

✦ receive one stamp for every Rp100,000 spent in one order, i.e. not accumulative across separate orders. ✦ collect five stamps for 10% off, ten stamps for 25% off your next purchase.
